Niger seeds come from the niger plant, which is a yellow flower that naturally grows in the Ethiopian Highlands and other parts of Africa. They are bursting with energy and wild birds absolutely love them. Because they are small, they are easily ingested by birds of all sizes and they're a firm favourite of Finches. Niger seeds contain fat, protein, fibre, vitamins A and C, calcium and iron.
