Weidemann Arrive & Drive Roadshow

Carrs Billington and Weidmann are please to announce a series of events that will give farmers, landowners, businesses and landscapers the opportunity to get a closer look at the fantastic range of Weidemann equipment, including wheel loaders, telescopic pivot steer and telescopic handlers including the range topping T6027 telehandler and the eHoftrac electric loader.

Penrith, CA11 9EU – Tuesday 12th Feb 3pm – 7pm
Barnard Castle, DL12 8ED – Tuesday 19th Feb 4pm – 8pm
Spennymoor, DL16 7NL – Wednesday 20th Feb 10am – 3pm
Annan, DG12 6LE – Saturday 23rd Feb 10am – 2pm

Acquisition of Pearsons Farm Supplies Ltd

Carrs Billington Agriculture (Sales) Ltd is pleased to announce that it has acquired the entire issued share capital of Pearson Farm Supplies Ltd, the agricultural retail business based in Lancashire and Anglesey. The business will become part of the Carrs Billington retail network.

Pearson Farm Supplies is an agricultural supplier specialising in animal health products with over 20 years of trading. Operating out of their primary Country Store at West Marton, they also have satellite locations at Anglesey and Lancashire/Yorkshire livestock centres. This strategic acquisition extends the georgraphical reach of Carrs Billington and is an additional building block in the expansion of the company. It takes the overall retail footprint to 35 stores.

Commenting on the acquisition, Rae Tomlinson, MD, of Carrs Billington said: “This acquisition is a great step forward for Carrs Billington and I am thrilled to be welcoming Chris and his team to the Group.
